Description
Ready for takeoff, so get off your seats! Beware, you may find yourself destroying your tray table while dancing to Resonance Sound Tempelhof Techno! This all-new sound arsenal is named after the former Berlin airport and just makes sure the club gets as turbulent as do some flights.
Deep pounding basses, melodic basslines, and dancefloor-smashing techno kicks are in this one for starters. That wonderful and groovy percussion, a couple of well-served drum loops, pristine synths, and pads have been freshly grown and are ripe to be put together in your DAW and next tune. Of note, 100 MIDIs are included to get you started and beyond with basslines and melodies.
It certainly goes without saying that the usual professional touch to the samples themselves is included, and just as well the clear naming, sorting by bpm, and root key. As with any Resonance Sound product, this is a simple decision: if it’s your genre, it’s for you! Let your next track hit hard with expertly processed sound material, ready to use as-is or completely destructed and rearranged.

Experience the Underground Techno sound from the capital with Tempelhof Techno by Resonance Sound. The 420 MB library is filled with 221 loops and 60 oneshots. The 128 to 130 BPM fast loops are dedicated to basses (101), drums (60), pads (20), percussion (20) and synthesizer sounds (20). In additions, there are 100 MIDI sequences. The kicks bang through the speakers full and hard and the claps are also nicely present. The basslines and, often oversaturated melodic basslines, not only exude that catchy Electro charm, they also turn out to be very groovy. They are sometimes very broadly arranged in the stereo image. The percussion is also of a synthetic technoid nature, albeit with a ot of effects use. The pads are quite sharp and have been heavily detuned, but fit the genre very well.
Verdict: For melodic basslines, Tempelhof Techno is a great treasure trove, Furthermore, it contains all the essential elements needed for a club-ready Techno track.
Rating 6/6 + Beat MUST-HAVE
Soundbytes Magazine:
Tempelhof Techno comprises 281 (221 loops and 60 one-shots) all-new cutting-edge synth, perc, pad, bass loops and a bunch of drum elements (kick, snare, hats, etc.) loops. These sounds were created professionally to shake the dance floor, especially if you produce techno music. […] The samples themselves capture the sub- genre strongly, with melodic basses that are oh so pounding. The thing I noticed about this sample pack is that it has a strong German influence. Resonance Sound could have named this Berlin Techno, but naming this pack after the former Berlin airport is just right. […] If you have a writer’s block, no problem. Tempelhof Techno can get you going – lift you high.
